Nearly six years since the release of its predecessor, Borderlands 4 was ready to be unleashed with a massive splash as the top co-operative gameplay experience of 2025. Instead of providing a standard remote capture opportunity, Borderlands 4’s hands-on reveal was an unmissable event week.
More than two dozen creators were brought to capture events at the 2K HQ’s in Novato, CA and Sydney, Australia, giving the world its first VoD views of the game. Just days later, even more content creators including streamers, cosplayers, mixologists, cooks and prop makers converged in LA for the Borderlands Fan Fest to be the first to stream exclusive content from the game to their loyal fans. During this release blitz, Borderlands 4 was everywhere with an energy beyond normal broadcasts and audiences could see the magic of their favorite series was intact and ready to hit PCs and consoles in just a few months
